Little Musicians is an early childhood music education program created and run by Charlene through the McGill Conservatory from 2003 to 2007, when she was a professor at McGill University. The program has continued to thrive since that time, delivering a comprehensive, high quality music education to children in Montreal. Little Musicians is a paid program, and is designed to lead children smoothly into private music instruction as they move into elementary school. Kidsjam@Berklee is a free community music education program for children in the greater Boston area. Originally designed and implemented by Charlene Ryan and Libby Allison in 2008 as an extension of their elementary and early childhood classes at the Berklee College of Music, Kidsjam is highly sought out and well regarded by parents and teachers. While Charlene left Berklee in 2016, Professor Allison has continued to run an outstanding program that is highly in demand.
